The Top Dropper is a removable center rigger used for trolling a centerline fishing line (way back line, shotgun line) from the rocket launcher rod holders. It can be used on center consoles with T-tops, walk arounds, or small pocket sportfishers. It works great for high speed trolling for wahoo or slow trolling live bait for any fish in the ocean. Get your your centerline way up in the air, out of the way. Pull the handle and it drops the fishing rod down almost 2 ft, making it easier and safer to reach. High speed troll with ease with no release clip on your centerline. the Top Dropper improves safety and comfort while trolling by eliminating the need to climb to reach a rod in an elevated location. It motivates crew to bring in the shotgun line and clean weeds and/or switch out baits.
